Background: During the pandemic in 2021, Spotify had approx. 2,000 new employees who had never been to their workplace due to the restrictions. In order to create a feeling of togetherness and "We miss you, now we make the office nice and functional, so you will feel comfortable when we meet again", a communication solution was needed.
Objective: The challenge was in a short time, communicate a tour on a large surface, in an educational, inspiring and preferably humorous way.
Creative Solution: LA+B produced 3 films. The Stockholm and Gothenburg offices received a "first hand experience solution" where the viewer can follow a tour with stops that included functions and thought behind the furnishings and what was done. We also produced
a longer film where those involved talk about the idea behind the workplace of the future. During this period, the company opened and furnished around 20 offices globally and the films we produced became the template for how Spotify presents its premises externally and inspires its staff.
