Background: Kalmar Cargotec, a global leader in heavy vehicles, faced a challenge to strengthen its position as a trusted advisor on green transitions
and electrification in the heavy vehicle market. 

Objective: The goal was to redefine the Kalmar Brand in the mind of their customers and transition to a value-based company.

Creative solution: LA+B designed a communication strategy and road map for Kalmar, focusing on customers’ green transitions. This new initiative – the Green Transition Plan - includes an assessment of the customer’s current situation, advice on available solutions, and a roadmap to reach their unique goals. LA+B designed activities conducted white papers, and supported the roll-out.

Through this initiative, Kalmar has become its customers' trusted green transition advisor, plays a critical role in their transition journey, and doubled sales within the category.
